I have been a freelance writer since 1993. I have written two award winning books, Saffron Dreams and Beyond the Cayenne Wall. At present, I am a freelance editor for a trade association quarterly newsletter as well as the North American editor of an international faith-based website, where I produce between 4-6 articles a month.
I have received several awards for my work including the Golden Quill Award, Norumbega Jury Prize for Outstanding Fiction, DIY Award, Reader Views Award, Written Art Award, and a grant from Hobson Foundation. In recent past, many academic institutions have adopted my novel Saffron Dreams including UCLA, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Indiana University, Boston University, and George Washington University.
